First and foremost they are advertising free parking, well when you get there the reception is a block away from the actual rooms, after checking in I asked where the āfree parking wasā and the receptionist said āthere is no freeā, ā you have to pay your own parking or drive around until you find oneā. I then continued saying that it was advertised as free parking and he ignored me and I even showed him the hotel advertisement and amenities and he just ignored me, after I said ā its illegal and its fake advertisementā, he only said: I dont know why the website said that, ill tell my manager tomorrowā. There was no attempt to make it right, after all i selected this hotel based on that, if you are renting a car you wanna make sure its safe and a crash or event doesnāt ruin your vacationā. I had to pay private parking whis cost me 250 pesos, If I had known that I wouldve looked for another hotel to be honest. I walked into the room and the ceiling fan wasnt working but at least the AC was. Overall the room was clean and comfortable, this is the first bad rating I ever give on expedia.
