"If you want to have the worst vacation of your life, this place is for you! I stayed 3 days in the colonial house (the best one in the hotel) and there was no water in any of the 3 days! I complained a lot and they always told me "it will come back in 5 minutes" and it never came back. I asked to be sent to another room, but that didn't happen. After complaining a lot, they moved me to a room and guess what? The room was flooded, obviously I refused the transfer, the room was impossible to enter, it was flooded. In the end I had to stay in the colonial house for 3 days without water, with dirty dishes, the plugs didn't work well either. In short, a horrible experience. They refused to refund me, I asked to speak to the superior, who was not there and did not answer my calls or messages, chaos."
