First of all had no word from anyone how to enter building, had to wait for someone to arrive. After being checked in was told no breakfast available but would get £10 per person refund per day, which we have not received. T.V would not work, so had no t.v all weekend. The room was cosy and clean, but all in all a bit disappointed to say the least.
