We had such a great stay at this bed and breakfast! The house was so cute, quaint, and homey, and our room was spacious and clean. The owner was very helpful and made a delicious breakfast in the morning! There was also a friendly dog on the property, along with goats, sheep, and horses that you could feed, which was such a fun bonus. The property was beautiful, and waking up to the sunrise views was a great way to start the day! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and cozy getaway!

We had such a wonderful stay at Ash Mill Bed and Breakfast! The property is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained, and our room was comfortable and welcoming. Everything about the inn made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. And we have to mention the breakfast — Jeff, the innkeeper, can make a killer breakfast! It was delicious and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The location was also perfect for us. It was conveniently close to everything we wanted to visit, including Doylestown, Peddler’s Village, and New Hope, while still giving us a peaceful and beautiful place to come back to at the end of the day. We truly had a great time and would happily stay at Ash Mill again. Highly recommend it!

Ash Mill Bed and Breakfast was clean and was true to its 1790 era. We enjoyed the front porch rockers and living room space. We walked around the property and visited ponies, goats and a sheep. Breakfast was tasty and made to order. Our room was wonderful with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Air conditioning maintained a comfortable room temperature. Jeff, staff member, gave advice on where to go locally to see different sites and was a friendly staff member. We had a spectacular experience at this Bed and Breakfast.

The Ash Mill Farm Inn was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Jeff, the caretaker was so friendly and so accommodating. The place was clean. Everything was fresh. This was probably the best breakfast I've ever had. Everything was made to order. It was so convenient and close to everything. We even loved feeding the animals. It was wonderful staying in a place that was built in 1790 with modern amenities mixed with ancient culture. We will definitely stay there again!!!

We were in the Bo Peep cottage. It was clean with plenty of space. We got to feed the goats and miniature horses! The breakfast was delicious, we both had French toast and bacon. We already booked our next stay! It is very peaceful and so close to Peddler’s Village and New Hope.

The farmhouse, though a bit aged, possesses a charming quality. The room provided was absolutely ideal and can comfortably accommodate one to three guests. Its location is conveniently situated just ten minutes from New Hope, PA. The animals on the property were a delightful addition to the experience. A lovely breakfast is also provided. I certainly plan to return to this establishment.

Tina was a wonderful hostess! She met us upon arrival and greeted us, asking (and remembering) each persons name. She had made cookies just before we arrived. Tina showed us around and gave us a good orientation. The next morning, an array of fruit, sweets and coffee awaited us followed by a beautifully prepared and delicious breakfast! The house and grounds were lovely! We loved seeing the rescue animals in their paddock. 100% positive experience!

Rather than stay at a franchise hotel we like to seek out quaint options. Ash Mill was a breath of fresh air. Literally. We seated in Sheperd’s Cottage but there are other options at this farm style location. Our room was clean and comfortable and the innkeeper very personable and eager to please. Sitting in rocking chairs on the main house porch was peaceful after spending time in nearby Doylestown. The breakfast provided was made to order and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay!
