8/10 - Muito bom

The original parts of the inn date back to the 1700s. Our room was in the historic part. To get to the room, we had to cross through some "interior" spaces in the building that generally only the staff sees. That was a little unusual. We kept crossing paths with staff in these spaces while they were trying to serve dinner, etc. The room itself was very clean and the most spacious I've yet seen in a room in a historic property. The shower had one of those squishy plastic mats on the floor, which never seem like a good idea because they trap bacteria. The inn has a spacious restaurant that is clearly popular with the community -- it was very busy both nights, and we enjoyed a very good dinner there. Music from the bar could be heard in our room, as could conversations in nearby rooms. Fortunately, everything quieted down by about 10:30. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and the deal we got from hotels.com was excellent. The inn is in an excellent location, close to many of the things Bucks County offers. If you understand the vagaries of Colonial-era/historic buildings and aren't expecting a bunch of modern amenities, this inn is a good choice.
