This is one of the dirtiest hotel I have experienced in my life. No one was at reception after 5pm and suddenly panicked arises with fire alarm ringing, luckily there was no incident but no one from staff side came to handle the situation.

Ideal location. The staff are clearly renovating the hotel. I stayed last year and I noticed new fire doors, carpets and dining room redecorated.

2/10 - Insatisfatório

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The rooms did not have a heater, and the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. When we asked about breakfast, we were told that it was not included in our booking, even though breakfast was included when we made the reservation. This was very frustrating and unclear. We booked the hotel after seeing the photos on the website, but the actual hotel was not up to the standard shown online. Overall, the facilities and service did not meet our expectations, and if you are expecting nice staying I don’t recommend you

Half the price of other hotels over Easter but it showed. A bit run down but the beds were spotless and the stay was fine if you’re not fussy. Great location.

This hotel could do with some upgrades. Room was large but tv was too small and hard to watch. Need to advertise that there is no elevator and 4 floors is a long way up. Advertised a bar and restaurant, neither were in operation. No luggage racks. Location was good. Animals in the roof kept us awake . Staff helpful.

The hotel didnt provide two.rooms in which we paid for. We were shoved in one room were 3 of us (2 women and a 10 year old girl) had to share a bed and my dad who is 68, disabled, and currently being treated for cancer was given a matress to lye on the floor. On sending emails and prooving we had t Booked to rooms they still did nothing. I am awaiting a respinse for someone higher and at the least expect a refund for one room

We arrived Friday 25 Oct it was freezing I asked if there was central heating and was it on? The reply it should be if there's a problem let me know. We got to the room no heating back doen 2 flights to be told I'll bring you a heater. We got the heater and went out for t and drinks. Slept OK but still very cold. Someone on warfarin and chemo feels the cold. The quilt was a summer tog. Got up Saturday expecting a cooked breakfast. The only thing cooked was boiled eggs in a dish, toast and Cereal We passed on that. Go out for the day. I came back mid afternoon and it was freezing so I out the heater on and it kept on clicking but didn't think anything about it. It was howling outside and torre till rain. The next thing a continual dripping , having checked the window it's coming through the cracked wood panel frame . I jnform reception. Maintenance came and attempted to seal it. It continued through the night no spare room. About 3am I get up no sleep to go to the toilet upon which I see the heater sparking so that has to be switched off. We got up at 7am and set off freezing, hungry and peed off

The location of the property is excellent. The possibility of restaurants and shops around the property is superb. The property needs better maintenance. It is a pity that being in such superb location the maintenance of the building is terrible. One big issue is that it did not have elevator and it has very steep stairs. If you have big luggage that is a big problem. Regards JCB

The hotel is very run down, in need of total renovation, a lot of mould in the shower, however, our bedroom was enormous the bed was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was perfectly adequate. The hotel is in the ideal location and we had a wonderful weekend.

Furniture in room was poorly maintained. Bedside cabinets were poorly fixed to the wall and one fell off during our stay. Room had marks on walls that could have been cleaned off. Breakfast was basic, with limited choice. Bed was comfortable. No WIFI in room and poor mobile signal. Location was convenient for pier, town centre and on sea front.
