Staff, specifically Odessa, didn’t care to explain their policies and gave no warning about their 2 week rule of leaving the property. Although they previously did not enforce their own policy, Odessa argued and blamed us for not reading their paper, even though we had talked to her about it weeks ago and were never told we had to leave. Then, same day, they cancelled our stay that we already paid for and didn’t initiate a refund until I contacted them, days later when I still did no receive it. Corporate was just as bad, called me back only to explain the same thing and admitted that their staff wasn’t enforcing policies and had been let go. But they didn’t give any type of reimbursement or a different stay at a near by location. I was left to figure it out on my own without the money I used to make a stay even after expressing my urgency. Clearly they do not care about their customers.
