When I arrived at the property, I noticed that the pillowcases did not feel clean, and neither did the bathroom towels. I called to report the issue right away. Later that night, the A/C was set to a cold 68°F. I tried to raise the temperature, but it kept going back to 68°F—it was programmed to stay there. I endured this problem for two nights until I couldn’t take it anymore and went to the lobby to complain. That’s when they told me that they control the thermostat.
I also tried to open the balcony door, but it wouldn’t open. This was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the elevator was out of service. I have photos to prove this. I had three suitcases that I had to carry up the stairs.
If you ask me whether I enjoyed my stay, my answer is no. I would like to know in what way you could compensate me. I don’t know about you, but spending $2,000 for four days and not being able to sleep well was extremely upsetting for me.
