The Hotel was difficult from the start.
Impossible to get through the front desk.
Took 48 hours. Refused to switch dates for stay due to cancelled flight. Would only change the day coming to next day. And would have lost $ on one night, if I didn’t arrive. No understanding, no apologies , no compensation for the frustration and stress due to snow storm.
No manager or supervisor came over- had to contact Expedia to contact supervisor when arriving. Hotel never emailed or called for confirmation of hotel. As well expedia and hotel telling me 2 different stories about my stay.
- Luckily I did have a very kind front desk staff named Daisy, which helped me a great deal and explaining everything.
- The room was very nice and clean, nice balcony and very comfortable bed,
However the shower design was not good, water would keep running on to the tiles towards the sink, because it is very flat, and there’s nothing to prevent the water from passing - so constantly had to put towels to gather the water and string out after.
- No water bottles in room, not even 1.
- Had issue with safe, someone had to come and reset. Although someone came quickly.
Some of the other staff was not too helpful with directions or recommendations for certain restaurants- There was very few that was extremely helpful.
Lastly when checking out there was no one at the front desk, had to walk over to the concierge and check out with them.
- Bottom line , not good experience. Choose a different hotel.
