Rooms are nice and big. Price is great, one of the best places we stayed and we travel a lot! Staff are nice and helpful too! Book it don’t second guess!

We were in town for a high school graduation and wanted a place to close to both, the graduation location and our family that live in Murfreesboro. We will definitely be back when visiting in the future.

We reserved a room for Bonnaroo and ended up pleasantly surprised! The rooms were newly renovated and smelled lovely. The patrons were friendly and so was the staff. Other than ants and some spiders in the room everything was perfect. We stay in Murfreesboro every year and this was one of the cheapest options! Will definitely be making this out Roo motel every year!

Door did not lock and there was no dead bolt. Shower did not work. Lots of ants. Seemed to be a lot of people who lived in the hotel by the month. Good location and staff did let me check out a few hours later without paying any extra money.

The room needed to be cleaned better there were stains on the comforters. The floor in front of the bathroom vanity was sticky. I wish there had been a coffee pot in the room. But for the price, it was a nice bed to sleep in.

Clean room. Our TV remote would only turn on and off the TV on the first night, but sometimes worked the second night - not a huge deal as we weren’t there to watch TV. The shower had great pressure, but the temperature controls were labeled or installed incorrectly because the shower temp was very cold with the handle turned to the H and very hot when turned to the C. Once we figured out the temps were switched, the shower was fine. Also don’t put key card close to any electric device (phone, vape, charging port) or it will reactivate it. Ideally would like to know that upon check-in, but staff was helpful and did pass that info along when my key stopped working. Would definitely stay again. Good for price and location.

If I could give zero stars I would. The room was disgusting. Cigarette burn marks on the sheets in a non smoking room and REEKED of smoke. The microwave was rusted inside and out and actually flaking off. Exposed wires on the door lock. Water in the shower came out brown for the first few minutes. There was a piece of broken off metal hanging off the edge of the bed, my toddler cut his leg on it. I called the office and asked if they had a Band-Aid, she said NO, very firmly. I asked, you don’t have a first aid kit? Again, NO. I said well, my son just cut his leg on YOUR bed and is now bleeding. I kid you not, she said call 911 and hung up the phone!! I could not believe it. Mind you, there was a dollar store within walking distance. They could have easily sent someone up there to buy a one dollar box to keep a happy customer. Especially since it was their fault he got cut. I had paid for 4 nights, huge mistake. I am fleeing a domestic abuse situation and I was terrified that my husband/abuser of 15 years had found my location. They refused to give me even a partial refund. They claimed they had no control, but that is a lie. They are privately family owned. They literally have a hotel room set up like an apartment connected to the office. Couches, full kitchen….they were cooking, walking around in pjs, laughing and all. I lost $300. If you have children this is not the place for you. This motel is for truck drivers, chain smokers and prostitutes.
