Would not recommend. A maintenance issue caused rooms to not be available. Which stuff happens. But the hotel made zero effort to help find another room in the area for us. In addition I talked to the manager the next day and she promised a credit to help make up for us finding a room at 1:00 in the morning at a neighboring hotel. With no assistance from the hotel. I still have not received a credit and she will not return my call or message.

Booked and paid for a room on Sep 13 for a two-night stay starting Oct 2. Arrived after midnight to check in and learned they had canceled my room. I was first told there was water damage and that multiple rooms were closed due to flooding, but later learned the hotel had overbooked. Due to a football game and a friends-and-family weekend at Virginia Tech, there was nowhere else within a 2-hour drive with availability. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle at a rest stop with 2 small children and drastically alter our plans. Then we spent 1 hour and 41 minutes on hold with Hotels.com trying to get a refund. They kept saying they couldn't reach anyone at the facility to verify. Oddly enough, the desk staff member was out back behind the building for at least 20 minutes while I sat in my vehicle, on hold, in the parking lot. I frequently travel and check into hotels, but this was a first.

Incredibly loud, impossible to get any sleep. Someone on my floor had their TV cranked ALL the way up, so loud it was echoing through the hall and I could hear it through my walls. The people above me were running around, in shoes, at all hours. The people next to me had a dog that was going nuts. The walls are paper thin. Even better, their garbage pickup is at 4am on a Saturday morning so have fun being woken up by that (and then the TV started again). Barely slept and most of the guests were fully tatted, shady looking people that appeared to have just been released from prison.

Its was ok. I feel like it was $20 too expensive for what it was. I guess Suits means long term stays and I was just passing through. The bed was like a college dorm room mattress quality bed and there was a kitchen but not even a disposable coffee cup to use. No breakfast included

Elevator was down and we were on the fourth floor. Had it just been my husband and I we would have been fine but with a baby it wasnt easy. No accommodations or credit was offered by hotel for the inconvenience. To top it off the hotel key maker was down so one of us had to to stay in room at all times to be able to get in. We were told to go to front desk in morning which was pointless as we were jus there for the night

It was clean. Staff was nice. While the rooms were suites with Kitchenettes, there were no dishes, silverware, cooking utensils/pans. Although it was nice to have a full size fridge, and microwave. We were not able to take advantage of the stovetop. On a separate note, I paid close to $660/5 nights, when we checked in the sign read $460/week.

I liked the cleanliness. I did not care for the thin walls, I could hear surrounding rooms and felt the bed hitting the wall next to me. The bed frame seemed a little unsturdy. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

Two night stay at extended stay hotel

Really more of an extended stay type place. The room was spacious but simple. Even though the reservation was for 3 people we were only given 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and no hand towels. Upon request we got a third bath towel. It served our purpose fine.

I wish I could rate this property but I didnt even have the opportunity to stay here. I booked this hotel over a month before my travel. I flew across the country and then drove 4 hours only to arrive and find out that they were overbooked and had no room for me. It was 9:00pm at night on graduation weekend. Nobody attempted to contact me from the hotel or from hotels.com therefore I had to find a hotel on my own and pay more than double the cost. As a solo female traveler arriving at night time, not knowing the surrounding areas and a major event happening where there are NO Available rooms anywhere, I am appalled at the lack of communication or any assistance in helping me find a comparable accommodations. Someone should have reached out to me to help! I cannot believe that hotels.com does not have any customer assistance!
