This hotel is set in beautiful surroundings, and the bubbles are truly lovely, offering a unique and calming experience. The access road is quite challenging, as the final stretch is in such poor condition that a car with good ground clearance is highly recommended.
The staff deserve a lot of praise. They are friendly, welcoming, and clearly committed to giving guests the best stay possible, but their job was made unnecessarily difficult because the hotel was out of almost everything: beer, wine, juice, and more than half of the already limited menu. Since there are no shops or restaurants nearby, guests don’t have any alternatives. We understand that maintaining full stock can be challenging in low season, but basic items should always be available.
We stayed in a brand new bubble, which was very nice, but a few facilities were missing, including a trash bin. A small coffee machine in the room and a couple of chairs outside would also have made a big difference.
The experience is definitely one we would recommend, and the place has great potential, but the overall impression is diminished by the lack of simple fixes the management could easily handle. We would certainly have spent more money at the hotel if there had actually been anything to buy. The staff did a fantastic job with what they had, though it was clear they felt bad constantly having to say no because things were out of stock
