Great custome service. Jorge was very attentive, kind, and easily accessible. Anytime I needed anything he was quick to respond and accommodate me.
Heads up, Casa Ciena is a self check-in hotel so communication with hosts is virtual. I stayed in the Mark Anthony room, and it was small, but it had everything I needed. Clean, comfortable bed, and AC.
The hotel has a modern sleek minimalist look and is relatively new. It's located within a neighborhood and across the street is a local Dominican restaurant, which has delicious food. It is centrally located, but not on a business street with multiple hotels. You walk up a couple of blocks to get to more busy streets. The hall noise/conversations do echo into the room so if you are a light sleeper take earplugs.
