We stay in this hotel for week and for 4 day we didn’t have a toilet because was broken. We keep reported for 4 days and answer was we will fix today. From seven floor we have to go to lobby for toilet. The worse experience ever

Had a fantastic stay at Palmora Lara Hotel in Antalya. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The food was tasty with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to the animation team, who were amazing every day. Their energy, friendliness, and fun activities made the holiday even more memorable and kept guests entertained without being intrusive. Overall, a great experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya.

Filthy hotel smells really bad dirty everywhere no electricity no door frames smelly dirty carpets . No Europeans in hotel all Turkish guests . Don’t even stay the night the hotel should be shut down looks nothing like the pictures. Live wires hanging from ceiling sewage smell from the basement . This hotel is a health hazard.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately terrible. The experience was very poor, and we could not rest at all during our sleep. The room had a lot of dust, and every part of the hotel was unclean. Additionally, the elevators were out of order, and the staff did not help us carry our luggage to the fifth floor or bring it down to the ground floor. Our condition that day was very bad. I would never recommend this hotel for any future stay.

The good things first: the pool and water slides are nice, and the evening shows for both kids and adults are enjoyable. However, I don’t recommend this hotel. I booked 3 rooms, and each had several problems. - Room 1: safe and TV didn’t work, weak hot water, and a bad smell in the fridge. - Room 2: air conditioner remote had low batteries and was never replaced, so we couldn’t turn it off when the room became too cold. - Room 3: bad smell in the bathroom, leaking water heater and toilet, no balcony, weak fridge, and a safe that was never fixed despite repeated requests. All rooms had poor cleaning and room service with no filling up for soup, drinking water etc, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, poor soundproofing, and showers without a proper door or curtain, which flooded the bathroom floor. The elevator was out of service one day, and staff refused to bring breakfast to the sixth floor for my elderly mother. The food was not at a 5-star level. Restaurants, cafés, and even the lobby were too warm, the same food were often repeated for several days, and there was very little food available between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

During my stay at the Zeyda Lara Hotel in Antalya, Turkey, I initially encountered some issues with my room, including a non-functioning shower and not enough beds. Fortunately, the hotel manager, Burak, was very helpful and promptly resolved the situation by relocating me to a different room with a beautiful view, which greatly improved my experience. Another staff member, Alina, was also exceptionally helpful. She spoke several languages and assisted me with organizing transportation, connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi, and resolving other minor issues along the way. She was always polite, friendly, and quick to respond. Additionally, the hotel taxi driver, Burat, provided excellent service, taking us to several locations throughout the city as well as to the airport. He was honest, reliable, and never overcharged for his services. Overall, while the stay began with a few challenges, the professionalism and attentiveness of the hotel staff made a big difference and turned it into a pleasant experience.

Katastrofalt

När vi först anlände såg allt fint ut vid första anblicken men problemen började direkt när vi fick vårt rum. Rummet låg i en del av byggnaden där det luktade illa. Dörren gick inte att stänga ordentligt, balkongdörren saknade handtag och möblerna på balkongen var smutsiga och såg ut som att de inte hade rengjorts på väldigt länge. Badrummet var smutsigt och dåligt underhållet. Dörren till duschkabinen fungerade inte och badrumsdörren gick inte att öppna eller stänga ordentligt. Hela rummet luktade illa. Vi är en familj på fem personer men rummet var förberett bara för tre personer och vi saknade både extra sängkläder och handdukar. Vi bad direkt om extra sängkläder och handdukar men vi fick inte det på en gång. På grund av den obehagliga lukten var vi tvungna att be om ett nytt rum. Tyvärr var det andra rummet inte mycket bättre, badrummet luktade fortfarande fruktansvärt och på kvällen fanns det inget varmvatten. Vi kontaktade receptionen flera gånger men ingen kom förrän nästa dag. Vi tvingades duscha i kallt vatten eller använda damernas hamam där även duschen var trasig. När vi kom tillbaka från stranden nästa dag var rummet fortfarande inte städat. Utöver detta slutade luftkonditioneringen i rummet att fungera och det tog flera timmar att laga den. Maten på hotellet är smaklös, det finns inget ordentligt utbud och den mat som serveras på stranden hanteras helt utan hygien. Personalen tar pommes frites, bröd och redskap med bara händerna, inga handskar används alls.
