Our stay began with a stressful booking and access issue. On arrival, we found another couple in the apartment. They had experienced the same problem the previous day: the access code and information provided did not work, so they had been directed to what should have been our apartment. We eventually found a contact number on the company’s website and were reassigned to a different apartment with new access details. The outdoor area was disappointing, with overgrown weeds, scattered rubbish and a broken chair. Inside, the apartment was clean and well equipped with useful essentials, but it was excessively warm despite adjusting the thermostat and opening the windows. The oversized sofa was uncomfortable, and the extremely soft bed caused us both to roll out repeatedly during the night, resulting in very poor sleep. The location was good, with shops, the metro and the sea nearby, and we liked the surrounding area and modern complex. Overall, although the apartment was clean, well equipped and well located, the access problems, neglected outdoor area, excessive heat and uncomfortable bed significantly detracted from our stay.

Good location if like us you love to walk. There is a path all along the beach which is right across the street. Good thing grocery is near by because you do need to bring everything, staples like salt and pepper, sugar, laundry detergent. Apartment is quite warm in summer, very insulated.

Alt var rent og pæn og hele lejligheden var i rigtig god stand... - Det eneste minus er at man ikke kan finde den keypad hvor man skal lukkes sig ind på... den er i håndtaget, men belysningen gør at den er meget svær og se. Og i og med at denne keypad først lyser op ved første berøring, så er det simpelthen alt for svær at finde

Wir haben für zwei Nächte hier übernachtet und haben uns generell wohl gefühlt. Vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis waren wir enttäuscht. Das Appartement war leider nicht gut gereinigt und es lagen angebrochene Lebensmittel im Schrank. Uns wurden die Räume zu warm, weil die Fußbodenheizung nicht komplett aus zu stellen war. Die Lüftungsanlage war uns zu laut.

Room and location were good. Our room was on the first floor, grass/weeds around the complex were overgrown, vines all over the windows to the bedroom and living room area. It was late June, very hot outside, there's no air conditioning and one fan. The windows only open about two inches, which doesn't allow any air circulation. We could open the doors, but it didn't help. There was one oscilating fan, which helped the living room area but the bedroom was very hot. The location is good and the place was clean but due to heat it wasn't comfortable at all. I would recommend a 2d floor apartment where you can at least open the doors/windows all the way through the night.

The apartment itself is in very good shape - feels like a new building. And the location is good enough - close to the beach but also just a 10 mins walk to the subway, which you can use to access the rest of Copenhagen. The reason why I’m giving my stay a mere 3 stars is because my family and I found the air ventilation in the apartment to be absolutely terrible. We visited in mid-to-late June when temperatures during the day were about 20-25 deg C. But it was significantly cooler at night. The bedroom at night felt so hot, you almost couldn’t breathe. There is no air conditioning, but still we didn’t expect it to get THAT hot. The apartment has a “ventilation” system that you can turn on or off, but we found it hardly made a difference, even on the highest setting (and be aware that this ventilation system is so loud, it would likely keep you up at night). The bathroom is very nice and modern, but the shower curtain needed changing (it looked grungy and was difficult to avoid in the tiny shower). There was no shampoo or conditioner - just shower gel - in the shower. They advertised that I would be able to have a high chair for my son, but didn’t provide me with one until the last day of my stay. Also, the instructions for getting into the apartment at check-in were very confusing and difficult to follow. One pro was that I found the property managers to be very responsive to emails - I encountered difficulties when trying to reach them by phone, however.

Romslig leilighet med god beliggenhet. Utleier svarte svært raskt. Det var veldig varmt i leiligheten, de to veggviftene hjalp lite. Fint innredet, men noe inventar begynte å bli litt slitent.

Sehr ruhige in Strandnähe gelegene Unterkunft. Die Metro ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr rar. Die schöne Wohnung ist mit Allem was man braucht ausgestattet.

Very rude housekeeping staff.

Everything abt this place is fine . But the housekeeping staff should be changed - not because of the cleaness but their attitude. I requested a late checkout.. just 1 hour more. They didnt answer the my request but the housekeeping guy started knocking on the door like he was police officer and behaved so bad with us , he told us to GET OUT in 5 min - fair enough they couldnt offer us late check out , but behaving this way like a goon as he was running a brothel is not ok , he could hv said it politely.So please sort this out . Im never a rude person towards employees of a hotel , as i hv worked in hotels myself .. but still i had to scold him due to his attitude . He needs some serious training or find a new job.

The apartment was excellent and perfect for my family of 4. The owners seem to have addressed all the feedback previously given. We had apt 36, you go round the back of the building and the keys are in a lockbox. It was all very easy. Great instructions and They even included a video of how to open the sofa bed. All bedding, towels and kitchen equipment provided. Also oil, salt, washing up stuff (and dishwasher tablets), Wi-Fi and a small table/chairs on the terrace. There’s a bike stand right outside and parking ( we didn’t use either). Bring towels for the beach. It is a bit too warm and stuffy in the apartment even with windows open (temp was about 18C outside) but not really an issue. It’s a quiet neighbourhood with 10 min walk to the metro (which is very efficient and easy to use plus very accessible), supermarket and beach. It is a short metro ride to the airport or central Copenhagen. The beach is lovely.

Lage und die Appartement - Anlage war sehr gut. Schöner Hinterhof mit Picknickmöglichkeit. Es fehlte eine Beschreibung, wo Kinderräder geliehen werden können. Anbindung an ÖPNV war sehr gut. Einziger Nachteil: Es fehlte ein großer Topf, ein kleines Allzweckmesser. Sonst waren wir super zufrieden. Besonders gut fanden wir die Informationen, die vor der Ankunft geteilt wurden. Sehr ausführlich und hilfreich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
