Booked my room via this site for a Deluxe KS NS Coutryard view. Upon arrival and recpt of keycard, discovered we were placed in a terrible room on the 3rd floor with half the window view blocked out due to the ugly rooftop view. Went back to the desk and advised this was NOT the room I reserved and paid for. They kindly assigned us aKS courtyard view room, which was a handicap designated room. I was okay with the room but would have felt terrible if someone with a disability needed it. They also charged my credit card with a hold of over $150. Said it was normal policy in case of damage and would credit back to my card within 7-10 days. Slightly frustrated with this experience.
