I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express.
During my stay, I experienced an unacceptable situation involving excessive noise and disruption. Despite attempts to address the issue, including asking others to quiet down, the situation was not resolved. This made it extremely difficult to rest and ultimately ruined the experience.
Considering that I paid over $270 for a single night, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and service. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and it did not meet even basic expectations for a stay of this price.
Due to this experience, I do not plan to stay at your establishment again. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure future guests do not encounter similar issues.
