Super easy location to get to, right off the interstate. Room was generally clean and the bed was clean and soft. The outside needs a little love and updating but sleeping was quiet and comfortable. Didn't get to sample the breakfast nook as the lobby was locked when we left the hotel. Very decent price

This was an okay place to stay for one night while traveling through and enjoying a concert at Warner vineyards.

They cancelled our reservation leaving us stranded. A woman gave us her room. They tried to rebook the room knowing it was dirty. Almost had to get police involved. Nightmare experience.

The room itself was ok, there was lots of dents in the wall & there was a smell when we walked in. Overall it would be an ok place if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep.

I just had a bad experience at a different hotel so I was a bit anxious but everything was good. I didn’t try breakfast but the room was clean, it didn’t smell, and the AC worked.

The property was located in right off the expressway. Easy access to expressway and main roads. There was debris and paper products in the parking lot.

Room was more than expected. Excellent 5 stars. Clean and comfortable. Room was climate fresh and cool for July. All appliances were working and utilized. Single male senior citizen value consistent as expected for the price.

The tv remote was missing as well as the cable box. The smoke detector was having by wires. The outlets had no cover plate. The be was comfortable. Ther refrigerator worked. All else was so-so.

Bed was comfortable is only good thing can say. Ran out of toilet paper w/ no backup in room. Electrical outlet GFI at Bath did not work and the florescent lights dim flickering. Coffee maker missing parts and no coffee fixings in room even if it worked. No Soap. Towels were the smallest thinnest that they could find . The electrical outlet for the tv had no cover plate. Who knows if the darkest carpet you have ever seen was clean. Depressing decor. Ancient TV had no HDMI or USB connector. Walls were thin so expect to hear your neighbors. Breakfast token only - single bite muffin and cereal bagels - no protein not even cream cheese. When I went to office was asking for TP Soap Coffee was told by relative of proprietor Patel "you do know this is an economy hotel" - This wasn't the least expensive option but it sure was the chintziest (miserly and gaudy is the definition) You can find much better for the same inflated price.

Place is a DUMP - Filthy Walls - Rooms stink - Sinks are cracked flooring is worn and torn. TVS out dated flat out DUMP.....Rooms not cleaned during the day. Pay extra and go down street to Baymont.

It was extremely run down and filthy! I had been five nights while visiting family. Had to check out after two nights. It was so noisy and disgusting I had to find other accommodations elsewhere. I was assured by the staff that my remaining balance would be returned to my card. A week later I’m still waiting. I filed a claim with my bank today. Two days after I checked out they attempted to charge me another $200 and some dollars. I called my bank and had them stop that charge. I had stayed there several years ago but will never stay there again!

The hotel is not kept up well. The halls and stairways really beaten up, new carpeting is needed in the hallways. However, having said that, the room was very clean, and the bed comfy. Room smelled strongly of smoke tho, and i know why. I saw other guests smoking in theIr doorways with the door open. They think that doesnt stink up the room? This hotel is suitable for a quick overnight if you're going to a concert at Warners; other hotels cost twice as much.
