I really liked the shows you presented during night time.
Regarding the service around de food, I have two disappointments and one of them was, when one morning, my daughter, who needs special care and I, went to the the buffet to eat breakfast.
I asked to one of the waitresses for two cups of tonic water, but 45 minutes passed in between and we didn’t get the water.
I needed to request to another waitress two more cups of tonic water because we almost finished our breakfasts and my daughter couldn’t wait more time to drink something. Definitely, I felt so upset with that kind of service! 😩
So, the second waitress brought the two cups of tonic water in a razonable time and at the end, we got four cups of tonic water in our table.
I just want to suggest you to training your waitress to assist the guess’s request in a reasonable and considerable time.
Regarding the second disappointment, it was in the hamburger’s restaurant. I ordered two hamburgers, one for my daughter and one for me. The time to get the hamburgers was 50 minutes. As a favor, I requested to proceed first my daughter’s hamburger because she wasn’t feeling well and I needed to bring her to our room. Even though my daughter’s condition, they didn’t want to make any exception with the waiting time.
After that, I asked to talk to a manager and when he saw my daughter, he prepared the hamburgers in a short time and I felt he offered the support, the kindness and empathy my daughter deserved.
