Room 2005 was clean but the shower pressure was unbelievably high and painful.
On the other hand, Room 2021 had someone else's hair on supposedly fresh towels; shower pressure was a trickle and the drains in the shower and sink would cause pooling due to not draining properly.
Staff at check-in (male] was friendly and accommodating. Support staff at Registration [females] later did not do what they claimed. We had requested upgrades for 2 rooms and the description she gave was not what we had in mind. She charged us for the upgrades. But when we went to see what the upgrades entailed, it was not what we wanted so we went back to Registration and requested to cancel the upgrades. We spoke with a female supervisor and she assured us the charges would be returned at the end of our stay. But when we checked out, we saw the charges had gone through and had not been refunded. When we checked out, the checkout clerk [female] was very apologetic and tried to fix the problem but we, unfortunately had to leave to catch our return home plane. She assured us she would clear it up with a supervisor. But to date, we have not received and update or refund.
