My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. During my stay, I found two cockroaches in the room, which is already a serious hygiene issue. I reported it to the person in charge expecting an immediate solution, but his only response was, “I’ll report it,” without offering a room change or any alternative. Honestly, I expected a much more professional reaction to a situation like this.
Another negative point was the condition of the mattress: completely worn out and sunken on one side, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. This is something basic that any hotel should take care of, as it directly impacts the guest’s experience.
Additionally, the green areas showed a clear lack of maintenance. The grass was overgrown and poorly kept, giving an overall impression of neglect throughout the property.
Overall, these are issues that carry a lot of weight and could be resolved with better management and customer service. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay, and I believe there are many areas of opportunity that the hotel should address urgently.
