Ótima estadia. A recepção é excelente, todos os funcionários atenciosos e os apartamentos muito limpos. O único ponto negativo é a idade dos móveis e acabamentos que, pelo visto, não sofrem modificação há muitos anos.

Excelente Hotel para hospedagem em Las Vegas. Não fica na Strip mas eles oferecem serviço de shutte para lá. Basta uma ligação e em menos de 10 minutos eles estarão lá para te buscar. Esse serviço também é oferecido para o aeroporto.

Os ambientes são muito escuros o que não dá a sensação de tranquilidade, portanto se querem um lugar para descansar este com certeza não é o lugar, sugiro o Tahiti Village Resort, também distante da strip. Dica, não abram o frigobar e nem retirem qualquer item dos […] expositores, eles possuem sensores e se forem movidos serão cobrados, mesmo que não consumidos. Quanto ao frigobar a taxa é de US$20.00 por dia à partir do dia em que abrir a porta. Felizmente eu já fui alertado e li todos os avisos do quarto antes de qualquer ação. So achei um absurdo que quando vc tira qualquer coisa do frigobar ou do expositor deles, mesmo que ponha de volta no lugar e combrado! De 2 uma, ou vcs poderiam dar essa dica, ou vir escrito isso em portugues no nosso e mail de confirmacao, ja que nao e o mesmo procedimento aqui no Brasil...obrigado
"Hotel perfeito"
O hotel é maravilhoso...as piscinas simplismente fantásticas, os restaurantes dentro dele são muito bons, o hotel tem musica na piscina e muitos jovens! O quarto é fantástico, fiquei no quarto mais simples e barato, mas simplismente maravilhoso. Totalmente limpo e cheiroso! Recomendo para todos e quando voltar em Las Vegas fico lá de novo!

Fiquei no prédio do HRH. O quartos deste prédios simplesmente são fantastico. Existem duas camas imensas, banheiro maravilhoso com tudo separado e existe também uma sala com um grande sofá. O Hard Rock Hotel é um hotel de excelente nível de conforto. Os quartos são modernos e aconchegantes. Minha única ressalva tem a ver com o público/atividades. Cheguei ao hotel numa sexta-feira às 15hs e a piscina estava lotada, com o som no último volume (o que era ouvido claramente do meu quarto) num clima de festa non-stop. A maioria do público que […] frequenta o hotel é de jovens dispostos a festejar sem pagar (o que não é muito incomum em Vegas). "boa experiencia em vegas"
O hotel é confortável e pitoresco;sempre com o som "no talo", ouve-se ótimo rock'n roll em todas as suas depedências. Unica ressalva a ser feita é a falta de isolamento acustíco nas janelas dos quartos, pois a proximidade com o aeroporto incomoda um pouco. No mais tudo muito bom.

"Hard Rock Paradise Towers"
The Paradise tower we stayed in was a long walk from lobby but close to garage parking. The first 5 floors are not good. The first room they gave us on the 5th floor faced the parking lot and there was a car with the its headlights shining right into our room. We asked to moved. We were delighted to get the top floor. I very much enjoyed staying at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. This was my 2nd time staying there and from now on I will ONLY stay at this hotel. Every time I stay at the Hard Rock, its for 5-6 days and I've never had any problems. I find the staff to be very friendly and helped with any questions we had. The hotel I find is very comfortable, the rooms […] were spacious for me and my sister. They have great. bars and dining that we always went to. I find the Hard Rock to be not too over crowded with people which I like. I also didn't mind that its located a little bit away from the strip. I also stayed at Treasure Island hotels and this room was a lot more modern. It is a little further from the strip but the rooms are great.

We were charged a resort fee at time of check in that I did not know about. So nice hotel and room and price but add an additional resort fee to your cost.
"HHR Towers"
Love this hotel but the resort fees are getting out of hand. Now $26 per night. Just up the street no resort fees but Internet is only $10 per night and less for longer stays. HRH needs to wake up and get rid of these high fees.

The staff was wonderful they upgraded us to a corner room overlooking the strip for our wedding aniv the view was amazing at night. It was our first time to any hard rock property, and we will be going again soon. While we were there we went down to the strip for a day and walked around and we were very happy we chose the hard rock where there were […] more couples and less families, nothing against them just wanted adult time. "Great Hotel at a Great Price!!!!"
Checking in was quick and easy. The room was very clean with a great view, and the hotel had plenty of parking/transportation available. There were also plenty of things to do and places to eat... The Hard Rock Cafe is right out front but the hotel had few nice places to eat as well. Best part was having a Starbucks, and 24 Hour convenience store, Sports […] Bar, NightClub, and Casino right inside the building. Near by was a CVS (for hygienic supplies), Joe's Pizzeria, Tobacco Shop, Sushi Resturant, Gentleman's Club and a Salon in the neighboring strip mall. "Yes it is far off-strip but that can be a plus"
Hard Rock is cool and comfortable. The suite room was great, with a view of the Strip that you cannot get on the Strip. There is free nightly music, like a solid Johnny Cash cover band. Fun vibe. There are a few decent places too eat, plus the way overpriced Nobu.

Didn't realize exactly how far from the strip ~ stayed at HRC because my guest from Brazil wanted to. We need a bottle opener and they wanted to charge us...so we just bought one at the liquor store. We had placed our Do Not Disturb hanger on the door knob and the maid still opened the door! We checked to make sure we had it turned the correct way before […] we went to bed! Difficult getting a cab on Saturday night. Shuttle was convenient, but only service to the shopping mall. The front desk screwed up the billing and over charged me and that was nightmarish to resolve but the property is nice and I prefer not to be on the strip but it is a bit inconvenient to get to shows or shopping as they do not offer shuttle service. "Very nice"
We stay at the Hard Rock often. This was one of our best stays ever. They upgraded us to a gorgeous suite for free. Service was great - casino floor was great - one of our best experiences at the hotel.

I have stayed at the Hard Rock in Vegas a dozen times or so. It has met or exceeded my expectations each time. the service is outstanding. the service is so good I asked many emplyees what they thought of their employer and they all say they love their job.

I had checked in and my room was dirty. Manager on duty handled the problem in a professional matter. I will go back because of the way they resolved my issue. We got the suite in HRH tower and we loved it. The price was convenient and the room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the bathtub and the shower. I wish I spent more than a night in there :)

Great location for our need to be close to UNLV, FUN hotel with amazing rock'nroll memorabilia to enjoy! Some really rare/great stuff! Rooms were spacious, but we had plumbing issues with very, very leaky sink faucets and stopped-up very slow-to-drain bathtub. Screwed me out of my room I pre-paid a few thousand dollars for this weekend. Gave me standard room, and refused to give me a refund for the difference. Tried to stick me in a handicap-version of the pool villa I paid for in the middle of the trip. Rooms had not one glass in it. Not one in the bathroom or bar??? The "pool villa" area had no ice machine […] in it's hallway or the floor above??? Management gave me the constant BS runaround and I would highly suggest staying somewhere else while in sin city. My friend and I were in town for WWE Smackdown and stayed at the Hard Rock. Since it was my friend's birthday we were upgraded to a suite, which was amazing and gorgeous. This hotel is just minutes away from the strip and Thomas & Mack. The hotel and our room were clean and quiet. Awesome place! Bathroom is bigger than an average master bedroom. Super quiet even though there was a G'NR concert at the hotel. Clean and modern. Lots of High Tech gadgets. Not a very kid friendly place though, but any casino probably isn't..
