Localização, limpeza, bom gosto, simpatia. Recomendo!

This hotel certainly lived up to to reputation that goes hand in hand with the Radisson . We booked this one for its convenient location as we were going to see a show and it was spot on for getting about . Staff were very helpful too as the concierge was outside the hotel , helping us to get a taxi . Will stay there again .

Location was good but if you drive, very hard to find the spot to park your car since no place to stop in front of entrance. We made at least 5 big rounds to simlply find the place to stop. Convenient location to New Oxford St. & British Museum.But small streets around the hotel feels a bit run down, the rooms are too dark & old. This is one of the best located hotels I've stayed in in London. Just two minutes walk takes you to the British Museum, Covent Garden, Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road etc. Other aspects of the hotel are good, especially the front desk service, but no more than you would expect for a hotel of this category - it's the location that swings it for […] me. Amazing stay at this hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, was very impressed with the room itself, the bar and the location oif the hotel. could not fault the service or the standard of this hotel. would definitely visit again in the future

My friend and I went to London for the wkend and this hotel was perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff, really good location and the hotel itself was lovely. Was ideal for what we wanted, we would recommend it to anyone and we will be staying there again! Gold stars all round! :)

The manager has done an excellent job of upgrading the quality of service at this hotel over the past few years. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and provide the kind of service you would expect (or at least hope for) from a quality hotel. The hotel also was substantially renovated within the past few years, so the rooms and amenities are largely […] new and well-maintained. The location, for someone who plans to attend a lot of theater, couldn't be better as all the West End theaters are a short walk away. For the kind of London hotel I prefer, this an excellent choice. I take 2 annual trips to london and normally stay in a holiday Inn which is more conveniently situated for shopping. However, as my daughter had been ill, I decided to go for a more luxurious hotel this time. I was extremely disappointed to find that the room was unavailable until 3pm. Although it was stated at the time of booking, this was my first […] experience of having to wait until so late to check in. Also, check out was 11am and express checkout was also unavailable, so the hotel worked out at over £11 per hour each! I ordered room service for dinner and it was delicious. However, I had to pay by cash as the mobile machine was not available, and despite the addition of a tray charge AND 12.5% service charge, the bill check had a space for "gratuity"! This is a beautiful hotel , and the staff are very friendly and polite, but I would not recommend it to my friends due to the late check in. Leia mais

Excellent location for British Museum, Covent Garden & West End Theatres and Restaurants. Service was outstanding, all staff , be it at Reception, in the Dining Room etc could not have done enough to ensure all needs were met and a very comfortable stay enjoyed.

Although we were offered free upgrade to kingsize bed, room was exremely small. we were unable to fully open one cupboard as the doors hit on the bed and wardrobe hanging space taken up largely by ironing board. Bathroom was very dark as buld above mirror had gone and was not replaced during our stay. Also the sink plug was missing making washing/shaving […] awkward. Ordered coffee in bar on two occassions, but had to wait some 15 minutes each time as they couldn't find any milk! Leia mais

Very nice Hotel - Price/ Value is in top. The staff was very nice - always trying to support and help. High recommendation

Allround great ambience, nice bar, lobby with fragrance, great service from staff. The problem i have with this hotel is the size of the gym. Its a tiny room in the basement, with very sparse equipment. The free weights are not weighing enough (seriously), and no rubber ball or mat to do your ab crunches on. Not up to standard.

Nice hotel, but the room was very small for the price we paid. Also the mirror was hanging off the wall.

IF you are on a short stay in London and you want to see all the sights then this is the place to stay. It is so central, literally 2 minutes walk to Oxford street, 5 minutes wlak to Covent Garden & Leicester square. My wife and walked around for 2 days and saw all the sights without ever getting on a bus or a tube. The hotel is nice and modern, rooms […] are well put together and clean (they are small but that is to be expected for a city centre hotel). Staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn;' eat at the hotel so I can;t comment on the food as there was so much choice of bars, restaurants and cafes within 5 mintues. Great Hotel, always try to stay in a Radisson, close to all the area's we wanted to see, would recomend to others and look forward to visiting again in the near future.

we arrived early in the morning and were given a room right away. that was a great help! but the room was very small for the price (even for london standards). the staff were very helpful and the location can't be beat. there was an overpowering smell of disinfectant or deodorizer in the lobby that was there all the time. very unpleasant.

Great location, very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom.

Close to the busy action of Oxford Street and tube station nearby. Room quality and size was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived early and they upgraded us to a kingsize from queensize, which is always a good start to a hotel stay. We booked well in advance and got an excellent rate on hotels.com. One small point to note is that the room was not very spacious but it fully met our requirements. Quite pricey. I stayed for work, but you get a lovely plush hotel for the money

The Bloomsbury Street hotel in London has been recently rennovated and is in tip-top shape. The location is very good on a quiet street near theaters and the British Musem. Our room, however, was so small you could not tie your shoes. Given the high room rates, it is certainly no value as a place to stay in London.

Good hotel with roomy rooms and bathroom. I would have liked it if the maid service would have cleaned our room early in the day after we turned on the light for early cleanup. Often the room wasn't done until 3:00 or 4:00 in the afternoon. 4 & 5 star hotels should not have lax room cleanup. Great location if you want theater or the London museum.

Arrived, dropped off our bags and hot footed it to the Flower Show. Came back late that afternoon with a room allocated, our bags in it and a bottle of champagne on ice. However, the chap who gave us our key noticed both my partner and I are both quite tall... and upgraded us from the adequate but snug room we had been allocated to a huge room! Best location in town at the heart of London's Soho. Unfortunately very pricy and rooms are tiny. Other than that, highly recommended.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. The service was very efficient, and the king room was far larger than we expected, having travelled to London previously. The location was very convenient and the hotel had a very cool vibe. Recently renovated and very 'hip'. Will stay there again.

Despite having a prepaid, confirmed reservation for a Superior Double, we were given a room with twin beds and told that the hotel was fully booked so that room could not be changed. Location was fine, with many restaurant choices nearby; a good thing because prices in the bar and restaurant within the hotel were ridiculously high. The room -- a double -- was TINY. It was impossible to get around without bumping into each other. In essence, if one person wanted to move around the room, the other person needed to be sitting on a bed. There was standing room for one person ONLY in the bathroom, and you had to squeeze to the side of the toilet to let yourself out if you wanted to […] open the door once you were in the bathroom. Close to Oxford streets and also a few minutes walk to Leicester Square and surrounding theaters. plenty of restaurants close by.

My only disappointment was that I asked for no wake up call - but got one at 6am anyway. Other than that, lovely hotel in a good location.

I felt that there was no need to pay the extra for a superior room as you didn't really get that much more space, and nothing extra that made it feel superior.

Great hotel. Staff were simply excellent. Food & drink not cheap in the hotel. Quality all round

The staff were efficient and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel itself is a nice space to be in! Breakfast was delicious.

We had a great time at this hotel ,location great, hotel very good ,breakfast brill with plenty to choose from our only complaint was the size of the room too small for you to move about in.
