Hotel in general was fine. We were given the room key and told there was a lift… we set off through the rabbit run of corridors with the odd step, on the narrow corridors. No lift found and had to climb to the top floor up narrow staircases with all cases. Not the easiest. We were in a family room which was in the roof of the building, hence very hot, especially in the extreme heat of June 2026. Tip open the bathroom skylight and wedge the bathroom door open with a case to get some air…
The room was fine, 2 double beds, a chair and a mini fridge. Wardrobe plenty hangers and in its own room, so useful as a changing room as we were a mixed group.
We didn’t see much of the hotel, did not see anything that represented in the photos, but we were heading to a concert. Shame the men on reception hadn’t given us of any info re what was available, was there a bar or an option of breakfast I have no idea.
It is quite a walk from either tube if you are dragging a case. There are a couple of breakfast options near the tube, Starbucks Pret etc
