Do not book this stay!
On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled.
Initially the front door had been kicked in. Then we made it to the bedroom where bedding was dirty and clearly hadnāt been changed since last used. It was also falling apart. The bathroom had sticky stains on the floor alongside mould in the shower, tap and window. The mould continued to the kitchen. Where the window had mould on the handle. Additionally, the extractor fan was coated in grease and hadnāt been cleaned in a long time.
Furthermore, there was a pram in the hallway blocking our entrance and would have been a safety hazard if an evacuation were required. Finally, entrance had constant people in and out which made us feel very unsafe.
We then booked a hotel elsewhere and left the your establishment at midnight after arriving there at 23:30.
