The Woodlark is a vibe - very modern and chic with a coffeeshop, restaurant, and speakeasy connected to the hotel. There are an absurd number of fees and taxes tacked on to the nightly rate, but they give you a $15 credit for options like bike rentals, food/bev, and items from the little "market" shelf by the front desk. There are no ice machines on the floors but the front desk will take care of that for you, and they have welcome "martinis" (albeit served in the little dentist paper cups). Rooms are spacious but the city view rooms do have a LOT of street noise (earplugs and white noise machines are included to address that) and very poor lighting in the bedroom area, so I wasn't able to get much work done at the dimly lit desk. That aside, the bed was comfortable and I had everything else that I needed. Would definitely stay there again!
