This is not a hotel I would recommend. I was initially told that there were no rooms available even though I booked with Hotels.com. I was told that the hotel is used for long term stays for workers. I was eventually given a room on the first floor with a door to the outside. The property is very run down and the rooms smell like tobacco. The bed was “clean”but there was mildew on the walls in the bathroom and the microwave was dirty. The only amenities provided was bar soap and a hair dryer. There were empty liquor bottles outside the room door and a variety of run down chairs outside the door. I am not even sure why Hotels.com would even list this place. It was definitely not worth what I paid and will not return again.

Room was remodeled and clean. Coffee machine and fridge in room. Parking was right by room and plenty of outdoor lighting. Security camera on site. Casino shuttle available to Batavia Downs. Not far with car from shopping centers. Overall price was good and hotel manager listened and knew what he was doing. Will go there again. Felt safe!

Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out.

The room was clearly an ex-Best Western property. Weak lighting, bathroom needs some work done. Vebt fan switch not working.

Security was sketchy. You could see space all around the door. Nighttime lighting was ver poor. Outside doors were not secure. The room smelled clean. Beds were comfortable.

If you like black hair in the shower, no water pressure, a heating unit that smells like cat pee, rock hard mattresses, wall recepticals that have no covers and like a room that stinks...... this is the place for you. In a pinch it is better than sleeping in your yard, but I would not stay here unless your shot record is up to date.

there was a lot of dust and cobwebs and dead potato bugs in all the corners and on the bed frame. There was hair in the bathtub drain that I had to clean out to get the water to go down. I would recommend spending the extra money there are many motels in this area. This is not a place. If they raised there cleaning standard it probably wouldn't be a bad Motel

Horrible all around horrible room was dirty had a smell microwave and fridge looked like it haven't been clean in months linen had stains all on them towels where dingy with rips and holes in them. Checking in i was standing there for 20 mins before someone came to check me in upon check out door was locked and i was told to leave key in outside window seal i will never book there again

Very dirty, stains and hair on sheets went to complain door was locked to lobby. Had to go and buy sheets and pillows towels to even be able to sleep. Shower was broken, dead bugs and cobwebs in bathroom. Floor was filthy and black. Towels were worn out and dirty/stained. Toilet was broken. Zero people around to help. Checked out asap and of course door was locked. Buzzed over till someone came out. Man was in pajamas and no shoes. Took the card out of my hand and shut and locked door on my face literally. I’d give it zeros if possible. This is what I’d expect from a $70-$80 motel but at $160 a night I’m extremely angry, especially bc I paid for 2 nights and had to leave.

I had to check in from another hotel. Never met anyone from this hotel and then copied my credit card. I also am on the first floor and only one lock on door. I dont think I will be able to sleep tonight. I don't feel safe. Parking is in the same driveway as Best Western. How deceiving

The owner of manger guy of this place should be fired. He was using a key and breaking into our room at 9:30 am when checkout wasn’t until 11. He also would stare us down the whole time making us very uncomfortable.

Not great.

Eh….it was just ok. Room was freezing when I got there. No one at reception when I wanted to check in. Had to call and then go across the parking lot to the Best Western to have them let me into a room. I don’t even think they had my reservation down. Smelled a little like mildew. Only 3 channels on TV. ALL SPORTS!
