I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I checked in at 2:00 PM, but I was told that the all-inclusive wristbands would only be given at 4:00 PM, apparently so you would not be able to consume anything extra, even though you are paying for the service.
The food and drinks were very poor. Out of everything I tried, it was hard to find anything even remotely decent to eat, and the drinks were low quality and in short supply. Even when the Pepsi range was supposed to be available, the machine was either turned off or there was no syrup. The desserts were mostly cheap store-bought products: wafers, biscuits, and cakes of very poor quality.
There were no towels available at the pool for guests, which I found unacceptable for an all-inclusive stay.
The room had only the bare minimum: two armchairs, but no table. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and there was not even a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival, let alone any refill. For an all-inclusive package, this felt like a complete joke.
Overall, the experience was a total disappointment, and I would not return. For an international hotel chain, the level of service was far below expectations.
