The hotel was great for a 1 night stay and reflects the price, the staff were friendly and service was great. A few things that could improve on but main things were fine, comfy bed, tea coffee etc.

We were showing to our room it was very shabby, fortunately we didn’t take our luggage up to the room. We’ve put the key in the lock and never went back and found accommodation elsewhere.

Good value for money. We had different rooms each night because of prior bookings. First room was large and comfortable but faced west and no air conditioning so was warm. Also faced the beer garden. With windows open it was a bit noisy, but not too bad. Didn't stop us from sleeping. Second room was on the other side of the hotel. Smaller but perfectly adequate. Bathroom shower needed a clean but the rest of the bathroom and bedroom were clean and tidy. We ate at the hotel one evening and it was a nice meal and good value. We also appreciated the free of street parking for our rental car.

This is a room only accomodation. Very much in need of a revamp. Walls dirty with lots of marks, a good clean of all surfaces. Was very hot although a fan was supplied had to keep the window open all night (no air-conditioning). Bathroom amenities supplied which was a nice touch. Would I stay here again, personally no.

staff were wonderful , think her name was Roxy so helpful advised what time food was served and how to operate TV shower Wifi within room , parking was simple and checkout simple would stay again as great location and wonderful food

Comfy Cornish Corner

Was staying onsite for work for a few days. Nice comfortable room, large bathroom, great shower. Will certainly be staying here again.

We arrived at what was supposed to be a b&b, no breakfast available. The room could have done with a good clean marks all over the walls, toothpaste on bathroom wall. Stairs upto the rooms were not hoovered in the 2 days we were their. Remote for tv was missing and ketle was faulty. Reported this on both days but nothing done. First night we stayed the bar was said to close at 12 midnight but doors were banging and very loud people untill 2am. Would not stay again

We checked in but didn’t stay here. We gave the key back as soon was we reached our room, this is a sports bar which is fine if you are told this when booking. The rooms are filthy with stained bedding. We Asked for a refund as we needed to stay elsewhere but have not had any feedback from them or expedia. Not a happy customer as we use Expedia regularly. They need to look at who they endorse and refund when appropriate.

The parking was at the back and easy to find, you just had to enter you’re reg number into a device in the pub each day if you’re stay. The staff were nowhere to be seen on arrival, after 5 minutes we were shown to our room by a young girl and a child. I was absolutely disgusted with the room, it wasn’t clean and it was very dated. The bathroom had hand prints on the wall above the toilet where men have rested when going to the loo, there were skid marks in the toilet. The furniture was thick with dust and chipped and marked and dirty marks all over the walls. The bed had been made with clean bedding however the pillowcases had no protectors on them, I didn’t dare look at the mattress. We looked online to see if there was availability to stay somewhere else, unfortunately there wasn’t. That evening there was an event happening in the bar which spilled onto the side street below our window and carried on throughout the night keeping us awake until at least 02.30 am We had travelled down to Cornwall to stay for 2 nights to attend a family celebration but had to leave after one awful night staying at the cornubia inn.
