The heat was stuck at 28 used the air conditioner next morning was sick checked the floor board heater and inside the air conditioner both had massive amount of dust and the air conditioner inside the blades at the top you could visually see mildew and mold full inch of dirt and dust alone wall this place need to be inspected I will never go back

The room was okay, beds were comfortable and bathroom was functional and clean. However, the general upkeep and presentation of the hotel was lacking. The breakfast area was cluttered, dreary and lacking up to date presentation. There was no hotel staff anywhere, the coffee was one pot sitting there waiting to be burned from the warmer. No up to date dispensers, no tv for catching the morning weather and news, simply quiet and unattractive. Therefore no one was partaking of the minimal breakfast. I understand the new owner wants to improve things, this experience did not reflect this.

The property was fairly clean and reasonably priced. The air conditioner struggled to keep the room bearable. There is no longer a pool or hot tub. According to the staff it is permanently closed. Overall the room serves its purpose but would definitely not make it a destination

The breakfast consisted of white bread (that you could toast). 2 hard boiled eggs (there were 2 of us) cold cereal apple juice and coffee with sugar and artificial milk. The staff were helpful when we called to see if we had left something behind in our room. (We had)

Everything was clean enough. Guybat front desk was nice when I checked in. Discovered that the restaurant is closed. Went to our room and made a quick run to get some food. Laid down in bed for a moment. It's fine, so long as you know that the mattress frame on the side is hard and the mattress itself does go down a few inches (shark on the back of the legs). After dinner, went for a shower. Water might have been room temperature. Ok, I've been to lots of hotels that only regenerate hot water at night. I'll go ask. Nope, boiler broke a whole ago and won't be fixed before I leave. Would have been really nice to know that beforehand, even when to be told when I checked in. If it wasn't for the water, I probably would have rated it 3 or 4 stars.
