Be very clear about what you are booking: this is not a hotel. You will be sleeping in a tent, but paying a luxury hotel price.
The concept may appeal to people who genuinely enjoy camping or glamping, but for me, the experience did not justify the premium price. The shower water was cold, and washing my long, thick hair was extremely difficult. Also, because you are sleeping in a tent, there is very little protection from daylight. If you have difficulty sleeping once the room gets bright, be aware that you will most likely wake up with the sunrise.
I understand that this is part of the camping experience, but at this price point I expected a much higher level of comfort. In my opinion, paying a premium hotel rate to essentially sleep at a campsite it’s not worth it.
