Checking in arrived and no one was at the front de
I arrive to check in no one was at the front desk to let me in the lobby i was lucky enough a guest who was already checked in let me in it was about 2 am got into the lobby i waited up to 2hours before a guy came he looked like he was sleeping he didn't introduced his self or anything i asked him if he is the one supposed to be at the desk he said yes i told him i was waiting over 2hours he didn't apologize or anything his response was where is your ID AND CREDIT CARD AND IF WE STILL NEED THE ROOM OR WHAT? MIND YOU MY CARD WAS CHARGED ALREADY HOTEL GOT MY MONEY EVEN BEFORE I CHECKED IN..i was treated with no respect i never got to my room until 4.45 am and had to check out for 11am i don't recommend this hotel if you are black i will never stay here ever again when i travel i also contact the manager by email onto this day i never got an response....

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was well stocked. My criticisms would be that there werenāt any towel racks or hooks in the bathroom in the room did not have any hooks or towels racks which was a pain and the mattress was a bit sunken in the middle. However, our three day visit was comfortable overall.

Amazing
This was my second time staying at this hotel. I started there for work during COVID for 2 months. It's clean, and the staff is friendly.

Disappointed
Guy that worked at 9:30 pm very rude and nasty . He was condescending, dishonest and a bit racist. If there are cameras the owner can play back my interaction with him. He started out telling me in order to give me a total on my reservation I had to give him my credit card first. I asked for upper floor and he said I would have to take what they had which he never told me until I looked at card. A couple came in just after no reservation and he gave them upper floor. I asked him if he thought about his actions he just shrugged his shoulders and advised that I could complain if I wanted to even providing me with his managers card. This behavior is unacceptable, unprovoked and certainly not warranted. I have stayed in the most prestigious hotels across country and never have I been treated in this mannet
