One of the best hotels we've been in Israel! The best value for money, quite, clean very nice, very friendly! It's out third time here along the last 4 years and every time, the quality remains the same.

The place was great. We only stayed one night but it was perfect. We booked the basic room. We were 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids. Upon arrival the reception person checking us in was super nice and informed us that they have upgraded us to the family villa which includes a private pool. It was unexpected as we did not even request an upgrade. This made the kids so happy, upon entering the room they got so excited when they saw the pool, they started jumping up and down of excitement. The hotel is quiet, clean, there's a pool table in the lobby and a patio with a couple of hanging chairs to relax on. A lot of trees and flowers all around, truly a relaxing place. The staff was super friendly and helpful, brought us a bottle of cold water and some extra towels. Upon request we also received a list of restaurants in the area. The beach is 5 minutes walk which is perfect. The free breakfast was truly wonderful, so much variety: different style of eggs, Shakshuka, different types of cheese, fruits, veggies, pastries and so much more. The room upgrade was great and earned them a 6 star review! The 5 stars is well deserved regardless of the upgrade. Can not recommend this place enough. Already planning to go there again on our next visit.

Property is clean, peaceful, quiet. Wish the pool had better hours(closes too early & opens late), we did not get to enjoy it. Also, not enough towels are provided for additional person even after you pay for the extra person fee. We asked reception and extra towels was not provided!

נהנינו מאוד. מלון חמוד ומשופץ. חוף ים מקסים ממש קרוב, רק כמה דקות הליכה. הספא מצוין. העובדים בכל המלון אדיבים מאוד. במתחם הספא יש בריכה למבוגרים בלבד, וזה נהדר. רק חבל שהניקיון בחדרים ובחדר אוכל לא מספיק מוקפד

very disappointed, the room had no hot water, they transferred us in an other room, much smaller , the bed was also smaller , and the jacuzzi was dirty . No room service , everything we need form the bar , we need to go and take it by ourself. for the price we paid it was very disappointing

we had a great time. a family of 2 parents and a baby 2 yrs old. great facilities, nice spa with great treatments, the location is very nnear a beautiful beach, and the pool and gardning on site is amazing! but above all, we will recommend this hotel due to a wonderful and friendly service!!!

מלון עם חדרים מחודשים בעיצוב מודרני ארוחת בוקר טובה קיבלנו ארוזה בגלל נקוי המטבח לפסח.יש בריכה מחוממת קטנה ובריכת טיפולים תוספת מחיר של 90 שח לאדם כניסה ודבר זה לא מצויין באתר.הריכה החיצונית היתה סגורה.ניתן לקחת חדר באגף הספא ואז מקבלים טיפול אחד לחדר וכניסה חינם.מדשאות וערסלים בחוץ.קירבה לים ולנהריה.מומלץ.

Beware of false room descriptions and unkind staff

Beware of false room descriptions and unkind staff. On their website they claim to have "beach houses" however the beach is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and there's not even a slight view of it from the villas. When I asked why they present it as if they have a sea view, they said they used to have it until they built a fence that blocked it. Why did they not update their website photos or their guests? I did not get an honest answer to that question, but I was told I'm being rude to question them.... In addition, our room was not cleaned even once throughout our 2 nights stay and we literally had to beg for fresh towels and shampoo. They claim they do not clean the rooms due to covid 19 situation, but they did not bother to notify guests before arrival or on arrival about that. When we confronted them that other hotels do provide cleaning services, they checked and then said they can facilitate it after all, whenever we are not in the room. Too bad that was already late in the afternoon after a long day of being out of the room... If asking for basic services and an honest description is considered being rude, then I guess we were very rude.

ENJOYABLE VACATION

Our stay at this completely renovatd hotel was very enjoyable. It started with the pleasant room in the quiet spa building and continued with the unusual and tasty breakfast, which was served to our table. The beach is within a short walking distance and the hotel staff is friendly.

The place is nice not more then this.. We staed at the spa ecxutive room.. the room was clean.. the balcony of the room was not inviting it was dirty and we didnt sit there. We took massage and it was ok.. The brakfest was great!
