We do not recommend contacting the hotel in advance — it is simply pointless. You will not receive any reply, and your messages will either be ignored or not read at all.
We only stayed at this hotel for a few hours, but unfortunately, we did not feel welcome at all. Our first interaction at reception was disastrous. The staff member was condescending, and we had to insist for them to agree to store our luggage while waiting for our rooms to be ready. We were even asked whether we had read the booking conditions before making our reservation, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.
When we returned later, there was no one at reception. We had to go through the hotel’s restaurant (which is part of the hotel) to find someone willing to give us our room keys. Unfortunately, the welcome there was not much better.
For the price we paid, we were not expecting luxury — but we were at least expecting a pleasant and professional welcome. Sadly, that was not the case.
