Terrible Experience – NOT Worth the Money!
I have been staying at the Nickelodeon Hotel in Punta Cana for a week now, and this has been one of the worst resort experiences I’ve ever had. No hot water the entire stay—yes, you read that right. A week without hot water, and management has been completely unresponsive. They disappear when you need help, and the concierge, Yeni, is only interested in money. If you text for assistance, don’t expect a response.
The food is mediocre at best—nothing to rave about, just basic resort food. But the worst part? Families with young kids, stay away! My kids were crying because the showers were freezing cold, and no one cared to fix the issue.
You’re paying a premium price for a 2-star, maybe 3-star experience at best. The AC won’t go below 20°C (68°F), which is uncomfortable if you like a cooler room. At the restaurants, there is no service—you have to seat yourself, get your own kid’s chair, and hope that someone will eventually come to take your order.
Oh, and everything costs extra! The price you pay upfront is just the beginning because this resort is all about squeezing more money out of you.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place is an overpriced joke. Avoid at all costs! 🚨🚨🚨
