Justo e Honesto

Se o seu objetivo Ć© apenas dormir vocĆŖ terĆ” um quarto confortĆ”vel, com frigobar e microondas. Um cafĆ© da manhĆ£ satisfatĆ³rio com um time atencioso . Definitivamente se seu objetivo de viagem for por congressos, business aqui o custo benefĆ­cio Ć© perfeito. Estava no Hilton Bayfront pagando trĆŖs vezes mais pela mesma diĆ”ria com um quarto e atendimento inferior. Fiquei um dia e fui embora. Estava com um carro alugado mas o Uber Ć© uma escolha eficiente.Neste hotel sem um veĆ­culo Ć© impraticĆ”vel.

Hotel e localizaĆ§Ć£o excelente

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, prĆ³ximo de tudo. VĆ”rios restaurantes na redondeza, lojas, feiras, etc. Tem um restaurante muito bom tambĆ©m, piscina e um estacionamento grande. PORƉM CUIDADO, pois na minha reserva nĆ£o estava incluso cafĆ© da manhĆ£ e estacionamento. Na hora Ć© cobrado 10$ por dia no estacionamento e 10$ por pessoa/dia para o cafĆ© da manhĆ£. Mas como mencionei acima, o hotel fica bem localizado e bem na frente tem um restaurante DENNYS que serve um baita cafĆ© da manhĆ£ que com 10$ da pra pedir um prato e dividir em 2 pessoas. AlĆ©m disso, tem 7eleven por perto, etc. Na rua do hotel tambĆ©m tem uma cervejaria excelente chamada Modern Times Beer.

Was kicked out of Hotel along with all the guests with no explanation Hotel Staff would not tell us why, Unprofessional and disrespectful. Will never book there again. No manager on duty just 2 young kids who wouldnt explain why all guests had to leave.

Cancelled booking

Unfortunately the hotel had to cancel my booking due to an issue at the facility. They did offer to set me up at another location which was helpful however it took me 4 days to confirm that I was in fact booked at another hotel. I had to call every single day Monay-Thursday before I was given a confirmation number at another hotel. When I arrived at the new hotel they charged my card for MORE than the oringal booking without informing me.

Aside from the spider on the wall- the rooms were actually pretty nice and clean. Nothing like the pictures show of course...but still not a filthy hotel. Staff was nice; however not very helpful- especially when they had to move several guests without letting them know in advance due to "something going on at the hotel that wasn't a danger to any guests" .... that's all I had to hear before I booked a nice hotel at the Springhill Suites Marriott. They weren't even going to tell us that we may have to move hotels. Never offered to help relocate or compensate for a new hotel due to their error of what they had going on but couldn't tell guests. Found out later they were getting refugees to stay there and pay way more to hide out...it was easier to get everyone else to leave. They made more money having them than consideration of their guest who booked weeks/months in advance.

Disappointed

Was so disappointed with this stay. We arrived and were told by front desk that the hotel would close the next day! We would have to find other accommodations for the rest of our stay. The only other option we were given was to transfer the reservation to a sister hotel over 20 miles away!!! Unbelievable. I at no point received an email before hand informing me of this closure and no other resolution was given. To say I am disappointed and pretty angry is a down statement. Will never book with Four Points, Sheraton or any Marriot affiliated hotels.

Nice Room

The room we stayed in were okay for one night. The bathroom was still a bit dirty but the room itself was clean. The only issue we had was how we could hear everything thatā€™s going on in the hotel.

Decent for the price

It was good not great people above us wouldnā€™t stop stomping around and our room was right by a stairway door so there was slamming throughout our stay I know thatā€™s not really directly the hotel as much as it was room placement but we took our 7 month old and it wasnā€™t fun but complimentary room and right next to the park would stay there again

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. If there is a next time, I would ask for an upstairs room due to the noise level coming from the parking lot. Underground parking would be ideal. I appreciated the accommodation for an early check in. Sadly, due to Covid, the bar & restaurant was not open.

I did not have any hot water in my room to shower with. I let staff know when I checked out, but they let me know someone would reach out to me. We will see if they ever respond.
