Basic, really basic hotel. Expect the bare minimal.
I got a room on the second floor and the fridge wasn’t working so they moved me to the third floor to a smaller room. The room was clean which I appreciated. Minimal amount of amenities, and sadly really bad pillows. My neck was stiff during my stay.
Walls were thin. A group of teenagers kept me awake until 1am in one of the nights. Screaming and slamming doors.
I had an issue regarding not getting housekeeping on my first day after coming back exhausted from a conference at 6pm. They said they only come to clean every other day but my reservation said daily. They completely dismissed me, didn’t apologize or at least acknowledge the mistake. They were rude and just said: “Well, the housekeepers are gone, and you made reservations through a third party so you need to contact them to complain” No accountability, not apologies. Awful customer service.
Breakfast was poor in quality and variety, except for the coffee. The coffee was surprisingly REALLY good, so I got my own food and had their delicious coffee.
Would I stay there again? No.
Was it the worst experience I’ve ever had? No.
