Save yourself the time and stay somewhere else. The check in window is 3-5pm, which is not stated anywhere and not communicated. I only knew of this from reading reviews. We arrived at 5:45 after a travel delay and thought we lucked out with someone in the office. He unlocked the door and told me he'd cancelled my reservation but would try to "help me out." I gave him the opportunity to make it right. Finally what he told me was that the "higher ups" had called him and told him to cancel my two night reservation because they had someone coming in. I said "Without calling me?" He told me they didn't have a number on file, and I countered that I had received notices from the hotel as of that morning so there is a way to contact me through Hotels.com. After arguing with me, he said it was only for a one night stay and they had someone coming in, but I could stay there that night. I said no, it was for a two night stay. After arguing with me some more, I just pulled up the reservation on Hotels.com and slowly told him that Thursday to Saturday is two nights, and it's only showing up as one night because, as he admitted, he canceled the second night. He backed up and said as a courtesy, for the inconvenience, he would let me stay there the one night. Whatever, I'm not arguing if there's nothing to do.
The bathroom had hair in it and the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. So bad it clung to my clothes the next day. It was disgusting.
