My son and I had a nice stay here. Prathamesh and his colleague were extremely welcoming and helpful on our first evening. Our room was very compact, but clean and comfortable. There was a kettle in the room with limited cups, spoons and teabags/sugar. I think the hotel could improve on it's complimentary drinks and toiletries. The breakfast was great, plenty of variety, although you had to get there early, as they did run out of alot of optons by 9am (breakfast was served til 10am). Staff who were running the breakfast area were quite abrupt on both mornings we went for breakfast; they did not appear to uphold the same standards of customer service as the front of house team, which was a shame.
The hotel has a very limited food menu, but there are restaurants nearby. We were able to order on deliveroo, and staff members were happy for us to eat in the main dining area.
The hotel is a bit further away from the town centre, but there a buses which stop 2 minutes away which take you into the town, and these ran quite frequently.
Overall, a very good experience, and good value for money. We would definitely stay again.
