The Santa Ana Hotel is a very basic, budget-friendly option with simple rooms and minimal décor. In my opinion, it's best suited for travelers who just need a place to sleep before an early flight from the airport.
One of the biggest advantages is its location. The public bus to the airport stops right across the street and costs about $1, making it a very convenient and inexpensive transportation option.
The room included Wi-Fi, a small TV, and working air conditioning. The bathroom provided only a small bar of soap—no shampoo or other toiletries.
I paid $60 (including taxes) through Expedia. Personally, I felt that was a bit expensive for what the hotel offered, but I also didn't want to spend around $140 for one night at the nearby Hilton.
Overall, this is an extremely basic hotel that serves its purpose if you're looking for an inexpensive overnight stay before a flight. I would recommend it only to travelers who are comfortable with very simple accommodations and are primarily focused on keeping costs low.
