Prior to our trip we called and spoke to Saffire and she nicely answered all our questions about our room etc. It was nice to know everything was arranged. Once we arrived we met Gentle and he was extremely helpful during the check in process.
We got to our room and were amazed about how nice it was, as the hotel underwent a huge renovation. The 2 big issues we had with the room was the barn door that slides between the closet and bathroom would stick and it was hard to get the door to move. The other was normal dressers don't exist in the room. The room had one small dresser with a grill to store items. It did have a fridge and microwave.
The beds were a little hard, but comfortable and being next to the airport you could still get a decent night sleep.
The breakfast was the regular Hampton Inn breakfast,but good.
My son enjoyed the pool, but we didn't use the fitness room.
This Hampton Inn was one of the nicest ones we've stayed at and would definitely return.
