The place is disgusting I left them a bad review bc the manager is horrible and threatening to kick me out without refund if I didn’t give him another $20 7 hours after I already checked in(I honestly thought he was just trying to scam me) . I forgot I left the review and the next time I booked a room there he harassed me over the review and told me if I don’t like the place then don’t book it and he don’t know why I’m there etc. long story short he’s horrible and said the price can change any time and he makes everyone show id to get in the room and if you do the just threatens to call the cops over and over again and will keep your money. Extremely unprofessional and he needs a class on customer service (it wouldn’t help someone like him anyway but he still needs it to see how normal people interact outside of his hole in the wall he stays in). And hotels don’t delete this review because it’s all true and you can check the conversations with your staff that gave me credits bc how horrible he was towards me) if u plan on having a guest over I wouldn’t recommend going there bc they probably won’t even let them in the room smfh I don’t think I’ve ever had a positive experience there and I’ve stayed there a bunch of times throughout my life and it was always the same miserable big dude that can barely walk sitting there eating fast food and don’t even wash his hands before helping you
