Room was tidy but there was a large patch plus smaller ones on the floor where it looked like someone had been sick and not cleaned properly as they still had a crusty residue sitting on the surface. Exhaust fan not working and no windows to open in the bathroom so unable to enjoy the spa due the overwhelming heat and stuffiness caused from no ventilation. Would have left the door open for some but the paperwork in the room with the standard policy of no smoking of any kind also stipulated that their smoke alarms were very SENSITIVE and should they be set off, costs of up to $5000 would be incurred so it wasn't worth the risk of any steam doing so. When the spa was used, the jets had to be turned off as they were hitting the kidneys really hard and couldn't be moved or turned down, with no option of changing positions due to taps. Given a password to use the tv and when entered said connected, yet when trying to access channels kept coming up with no network, saying an internet connection was required, yet wouldn't make one causing it to be inexcessable to watch no matter what was tried. Overall it was a negative experience, with no real acknowledgement from staff other than a thanks for letting them know when returning the keys the next day. A discount voucher, apology or validation of some form would have been nice, especially when you've paid extra for an upgrade and the amenities are not even 100% usable.
