Our room was filthy. There were boogers on the walls all over the bathroom and hair on the walls and floor. There was something dry dripping down the wall in the bathroom. The sofa bed mattress was so dirty it made me dry heave, there were so many things in the mattress there was not a clean spot. The door to the bathroom is white but the handprints on the door have made it brown. I have small children and it was stressful trying to keep them from touching anything because it was all so dirty.
We pick a hotel with a pool and hot tub for our kids and they didn’t tell us until after check in it was broken.
We stayed here before a few years ago and it was a decent stay, good breakfast, fun but cold pool. It was run down but the rooms seemed clean enough. This was disgusting.
The staff are amazing, kind and helpful, but I would not stay again.
