The room does not have air conditioning, but the beds are comfortable and the room size is fine. However, for my colleague, who is 1.95 m tall, the bed was too short.
The hotel itself is nice, but unfortunately, much of our experience was affected by our dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious, but the service was very poor.
We had to wait around 20–30 minutes just to be seated. We then waited another 20–30 minutes to receive the menus, followed by a similar wait for plates, knives, and other tableware. Our drinks took approximately 15 minutes to arrive. We were told that the food would be served within 20 minutes, but in reality, we waited more than an hour.
Overall, the restaurant felt understaffed, and the service came across as unfriendly and disorganized.
Breakfast, on the other hand, was good. It was more of a self-service experience, so you were less dependent on the staff, which worked well.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the restaurant service during our evening visit significantly affected our experience.
