We have stayed at this property many times while traveling along the 5. There's not much in the line of amenities, but the hotel is quiet and comfortable. Black Bear Diner is next door and there are a lot of other dining facilities if you need a bite to eat.

Our stay was great, easiest check-in in a long time. The host was pleasant. We have stayed there many times when traveling from CA to WA or WA to CA. Remember to bring shampoo and tissues, they didn't have those items available. It's convenient to the 5 and Black Bear Diner is next door if you want a delicious meal. We will stay again on our next trip north.

My husband and I loved the pool after driving 6 hrs our room was fresh & clean. I had a hard time figuring out the tv, the manager came within minutes to help. Highly recommend this Motel 6.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The pool was clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Price was ok, clean room, confortable beds, no hot water in the shower. They do not offer toiletries anymore but one hand soap, not extra toilet paper. I always carry extra toilet paper just in case. I just spent one night, passing by on a road trip to Canada border. They offer coffee on the go only.

The room I was in the floor was dirty and the stuff very unprofessional. The towels were dirty the good thing I had brought my own things like towels blankets pillows I didn't even get into the underneath the sheets because I didn't feel safe to do so. I was a single traveler just went out there for Mount Shasta experience. Next time I will get a Hotel on one of the resorts but those are expensive too

The lady at the front desk was very nice. There was no hot water, so she upgraded my single queen room to a king. That room was ok for the most part. My double queen room was terrible though. VERY small (just enough width between the beds to stand and no more), the AC didn’t work, the bathroom door didn’t close, and there was hair in the sheets. We used our own pillows/blankets and slept on top of the covers because it was almost midnight and we were exhausted. Definitely will choose a different hotel if we ever end up in yreka again.

The male receptionist was not helpful and lazy. my room had a toxic smell to it that I couldn’t even sleep in the room. I wanted to shower but the shower was all dirty. I’ve never smelt a hotel or motel so bad. I definitely want my money back and I’m gonna be calling my credit card company and asking to reverse the charges unless you want to have somebody reach out to me the next two days and I won’t do that. Also, the room I supposed to have was 134. That’s the Expedia room and they gave me 234 and I have a prosthetic leg and I told him I was handicap and the guy didn’t care at all. I said well I reserved a room on the first floor, but I had to climb stairs with heavy bags. Dr. Gonter

The Clerk that checked me in was friendly professional and thorough. My room was very clean and it was very quiet. I slept fantastically. I will be staying here in the future as well .
