Disappointed by Unjust Charges and Lack of Communication
I stayed at this motel from September 1 to 4 with my wife. Overall, the experience was average—nothing exceptional, but acceptable for a short stay. However, what happened after we checked out was deeply frustrating.
On September 5, I was charged $150 on my credit card for alleged damages to the bed sheets and linens. The motel sent photos showing red and blue/black marks, claiming these were caused during our stay. This accusation is completely unfounded. We left the room in good condition, and neither my wife nor I had any items that could have caused such stains. We didn''t had children, and we’re very mindful guests.
I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email and phone to dispute the charge and ask for clarification, but the motel has not been responding lately. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. It feels like an unfair attempt to extract extra money after our departure.
I would caution future guests to be vigilant and document the room thoroughly before checking out. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this motel.
