Dear Hotel Manager,
I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Liverpool, room number 604.
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and far below the standard I expect from a Hilton property.
Firstly, when I attempted to order food, I was informed that there were no sandwiches available except for one tuna option. Shortly after, I was told that no sandwiches were available at all. As an alternative, I ordered a Margherita pizza, which arrived completely burnt and very hard, making it extremely difficult to eat. This is unacceptable food quality for a hotel of this reputation.
Secondly, and more importantly, I had a very unpleasant interaction with a reception staff member named Cony. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and spoke in a disrespectful manner to both me and my partner. Her attitude and behavior were shocking and made the situation even worse. This kind of treatment towards guests is unacceptable and does not reflect Hilton’s values or standards of hospitality.
I am requesting that this complaint be reviewed seriously, and I would like to receive a response directly from the hotel manager explaining how this matter will be addressed. I also expect appropriate action to be taken regarding both the service issues and the staff behavior.
