Our butler Ernesto provided excellent service always attended to our needs and assisted in setting up the restaurants for dinner. We saw him every day and make sure we were alright.

We had a great time, however 2 things that stood out in a negative way, first was the fact that the air conditioning was rarely on, the heat made the stay uncomfortable in the rooms and restaurants to the point that its was unbearable to eat at restaurants at night and we are from PR, in other words we know heat. Second was the service in buffet and restaurant, we had to constantly remind the staff that we were waiting for our water, coffee and other drinks.

So far the only resort going to in punta Cana , had a blast , food very good just not much to pick from but overall is good , love the water park , only thing I recommend is that staff be a little more nice ,
The food was terrible. It was either flavorless, undercooked, had a hair in it and on really lucky days, a combination. Very few vegan options. Staff supplied lots of towels and most were cordial/helpful. I didnāt get the chance to experience the entertainment/activities. Wonāt be returning.

My family stayed at this hotel for 4 days (June 16ā19) for what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to persistent problems with the door lock system from the very first day.
Our room key card failed to work multiple times each dayāsometimes 4 to 5 times in one day. Every time this happened, we had to go all the way back to the lobby, wait in a long line, and ask for help. We repeatedly requested a room change, but the staff at the front desk were unhelpful and quite unfriendly in their response.
These constant issues seriously disrupted our trip and turned what should have been a joyful family vacation into a very frustrating experience. We do not feel satisfied with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel staffing was very has poor customer service practice, the buffet staffing is terrible, no one seems to like their job and do it with a frown on their face. The food was repetitive for all 4 days i was there. It sucks that alot of visitors share the same sentiments and nothing had been done about these issues.

The property was nothing like the pictures run down cracks in the mirrors. Ceiling had cracks and patch repair work. Overall cleanliness was subpar. There was no way to get reservations for a party of our size. None of our diamond package was given to us. It was supposed to include upgraded liquor, upgraded food, but service and accommodations none of which were provided to us or Buttler informed us that he would not be able to assist with anything including restocking our fridge, which only had two waters and two sprite for a party of seven.
