This is my second stay at the muthu, my room this time was tired and old fashioned with bad marks on the carpet and a bath side which had def seen better days.
There was a problem with the water during my stay and although my room wasnt affected , the pool area was, so there were no pool toilets or showers, so people were coming straight out of the sweaty sauna and straight into the pool.
I called to the bar just for some crisps and was pretty much ignored by the girl serving snd left me standing there while she did something else behind the bar which was a bit rude, see to your customers first!
I had afternoon tea which sadly wasnt fantastic, the sandwiches had obviously been made the day before and were dried up, wasnt even worth the groupon price.
Having said all this, i just wanted to have a night away on my own and rested at the side of the pool. The hotel could do with some updates in certain areas but was ok for a one night stay.
